Our Process for Designing Your Travel 

1. Contact Us- Send us a message or give us a call. 

2. Initial Consultation- Once we get some preliminary information we will reach out to you to understand your goals and needs. If it looks like a good fit for you we will ask for a non-refundable planning fee to develop some specific travel options.

   • We will reach out to you after receiving your travel information form

   • The purpose of this consultation is to capture your goals and needs to have a successful travel experience

   • Provide non-refundable planning fee

3. Travel Options- We will create some customized itineraries and quotes based on our discussions. 

   • Provide quotes and corresponding itineraries for 2 options

4. Finalize Travel Plans- Based on your feedback from the custom travel options we will make reservations.  We will support you as you plan for your trip to ensure you are ready to have a great experience.

   • Decide on which option best fits your goals

5. Have a Memorable Trip- As you are on travel, we will provide support to ensure you and your travel companions have a wonderful time.

6. Feedback- When you return we would love to have any feedback you can give us to improve.
